Returns and refunds: how do I request them?

We accept returns and refunds within 30 (thirty) days of purchase via our website or in person at our warehouse.

Refunds and returns through Pulse Fitness’s website are subject to the following terms:

Pulse Fitness accepts returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery. If your return and refund request is older than 30 days, you will need to make an appointment to visit our warehouse. 

PULSE FITNESS accepts returns under the following circumstances:

  • In the same condition as when it was delivered to you, the product is returned in its original packaging.
  • The product is faulty or damaged, subject to Pulse Fitness and its suppliers inspecting the product first, and has been used in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer.
  • The product you received was incorrect; or
  • The order is incomplete, so you wish to return it.

Pulse Fitness will only collect products from the same address where they were delivered. A collection fee may be charged at Pulse Fitness’ discretion, or you may deliver the product to our warehouse.

You will be contacted by Pulse Fitness and its delivery service providers to arrange the collection of the product from the nominated address. Pulse Fitness will provide the delivery service provider with your personal information in order to fulfil your request.

In order to process any refund, Pulse Fitness may inspect the product and/or send it to its supplier for testing. Pulse Fitness is not responsible for the following faults or damages:

  • The effects of wear and tear.
  • Non-compliance with manufacturer’s specifications; Negligence, abuse, or incorrect use of the product.
  • Damage caused by lightning and/or electrical surges.

If your items are customised to your requirements, Pulse Fitness cannot refund or exchange them unless they are found to be materially defective. Pulse Fitness cannot offer refunds or exchanges on cut-to-measure, special order, or tinted paint products. 

Refunds and returns will be processed in accordance with Pulse Fitness’ refund and return policy and into the same payment method used to create the order (e.g. credit card, EFT, or trade account credit).

How long will it take for your refund to arrive?

The refund will appear in your account within fourteen (14) business days, and EFT refunds are subject to verification.

The exact amount paid will be refunded less the following:

  • Pulse Fitness has already incurred delivery costs.
  • Restocking fees may apply to special orders.

In the event that you have changed your mind and would like to return a product, Pulse Fitness will gladly process the return and refund subject to these terms and conditions. Pulse Fitness may, at its discretion, charge you additional delivery fees for the collection of such products.
